Milliband v Balls: The optical gravitational pull

Not being Ed Balls greatest fan for various reasons, it amazes me how even he is made to look like a more appealing leadership figure by the ineptitude of a very weak Ed Milliband. I cringe when it comes to PMQs as I find it hard to watch somebody embarrass themselves, but what worries me more is that I find myself thinking that Balls looks very assured sat next to him. How long does he wait until he starts to throw a spanner in the works? Me being a betting man would suggest he has plenty of time and that he best wait for when Milliband well and truly shoots himself in the foot. With Alan Johnson out of the game the way is free for Balls to slowly work his way to being the no-brainer logical choice. There's no doubt in my mind that within the next year there will be an occasion where the MPs and members of the Labour Party have situation where they have to ask themselves the question 'who is the next logical choice?' and unfortunately the answer will most definitely be BALLS!
