Tories plus Unionists (as always was the case) and a few tactical agreements with the Whigs for mutual benefit. Give it 12 months and get the economy rolling again. Go to the IMF, as someone suggests, and enlist their support but not their funds, be open, honest and immediate.
Its the economy, thats all that counts. Its been presided over by a one-eyed loon for 13 years, get real, get cracking and get cutting! lets have some real Scottish budgetary discipline, none of this false and negligent Kirkcaldy housekeeping.
